How do I register?
+
Registration is open and free through the RaceID platform. Choose your distance, fill in your details, and you're in.
What are the races and start times?
+
Three races on asphalt: 25 km (start 08:30), 13 km (09:00) and a 900m kids & family run (09:30). All finish at the new Templa Bridge.
What is the age limit?
+
The 25 km is open to ages 18 and over. The 13 km is open to those born in 2011 or earlier (15+) — minors need written parental consent. The 900m run is open to everyone.
Are there aid stations?
+
Yes. The 25 km has 9 stations every 2.5 km. The 13 km has 4 stations every 2.7 km. The 900m offers refreshments at the finish.
Do I need a medical certificate?
+
No medical certificate is required. However, a recent medical and cardiological check-up is advised. Participation is at each runner's own responsibility.
Are there age categories?
+
Yes, for the 25 km and 13 km races, in Men's and Women's divisions: up to 34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, and 65+.
What gear do I need?
+
All races are on asphalt, so road shoes are sufficient. For the 25 km we recommend sunscreen and a hydration pack given the distance and August heat.
Where can I stay?
+
We recommend lodging in Karpenisi, the Agrafiotika villages, or Amfilochia. See more on the Info page.
